1. The Serial Numbers submitted by participants would be subject to screening and can be removed if found violating mentioned guidelines or on any other ground as per Nikon India discretion.
2. By submitting the Serial Number in the contest,the participant is acknowledging that:
i) They own the camera & the given Serial Number is of the purchased camera unit.
ii) There’s no violation of copyrights whatsoever.
iii) The participant is completely accountable for the submitted Serial Number.
iv) The camera has been marketed by “Nikon India Private Limited” i.e. on the Warranty Card distributor name should be the same as mentioned.
v) The winner will have to present a valid purchase bill along with the camera Warranty card to claim his gratification.
vi) The product should be purchased between the following time frame- 1st October 2013 – 31st December 2013.
3. Entries posted on the wall will not be accepted.
4. Participants can submit multiple entries but short-listing will be solely at the discretion of Nikon India Pvt. Ltd.

6. The announcement of the winners will be made via the contest i-Frame.
